When creating an Advertising Account we will not give your information to any other party without your expressed permission and therefore hold the sole access to your account information.

A) Travel Reservations
The information we receive from you when making a travel reservation maybe used to:
- Confirm your reservation via email.

B) Advertising Accounts
The information we receive from you when setting up your advertising account maybe used to:
- Contact you regarding your listing & billing information
- Notify you of changes to your account or the Oodles system

By signing up to an Oodles advertising account you have also agreed to receive eNewletters from time to time however each time you will be given an opt out option on the email and any time you can opt out of the eNewsletter by loging into your account and editing the account management settings from Y to N.
Existing listings that are not partaking in the PPC section of Oodles will be informed of their listing & allowed to be unsubscribed instantly. If you choose not to unsubscribe your listing then you are agreeing to receive any notices regarding your Oodles listing.
The information you provide may also be used to fulfil our legal requirements (for example disclosure to law enforcement agencies) You can notify us at anytime to be removed from our client database if you do not wish to receive offers in the future. You can make such a request by email to Remove request.

If you do find inaccurate information please let us know and we will take all reasonable steps to correct the information. If you believe the personal information held is inaccurate or incomplete and Oodles does not agree with you, we will provide a statement expressing your disagreement with the information and indicate exactly where that information is kept.
