He ensures timely project delivery while maintaining alignment with client expectations. Proactive in his approach, Gaurav regularly recommends enhancement updates to improve program efficiency and user experience. He also takes the lead in preparing key documentation, including revised Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), tailored to client specifications.
