With a growing demand for seamless online communication, the platform enables multiple concurrent sessions, real-time interactions, and cloud recording while ensuring a user-friendly experience
Scope Of Work
The client required a platform supporting multiple concurrent sessions, real-time interactions, and cloud recording while ensuring a user-friendly experience. The project focused on developing an interactive web-based communication platform with robust features like breakout rooms, gallery view, real-time messaging, and cloud recording. The objective was to improve user engagement and collaboration. Key areas included session management, UI/UX optimization, and integrating emotion-based interactions to create a dynamic virtual experience.
Our Solution
Oodles implemented a structured and scalable platform by:
- Developing a centralized logging server for real-time debugging and performance tracking.
- Optimizing the gallery view for seamless multi-participant interaction.
- Enabling dynamic group discussions through breakout rooms and emoji reactions in real-time.
- Implementing broadcast messaging for real-time text and multimedia updates.
- Securing cloud recording with encryption and controlled access.
- Integrating an Emotion Wheel with PNG popups.
