TaskChain is a Web3 earning platform that gamifies digital jobs, tasks, and competitions in a blockchain ecosystem. The platform allows users worldwide to participate in various opportunities. TaskChain approached Oodles Platform to improve the USDT token purchase process, fixing issues with the “Buy” button becoming inactive after a declined transaction. The goal was to enable users to retry purchases without revoking the spending cap.

Scope Of Work

TaskChain needed to resolve the issue where the “Buy” button remained inactive after declining a previous transaction. The objective was to streamline the token purchase process, allowing users to retry purchases seamlessly while ensuring spending limits remained intact. Our work focused on optimizing the smart contract and enhancing the user interface for a smooth experience in the Web3 ecosystem.

Our Solution

To address TaskChain’s issue, the solution involved refining the smart contract written in Solidity to ensure a smooth token purchase flow. Key features of the implementation included:

  • Bug Fixing: Resolved the issue where the “Buy” button remained inactive after declining a transaction.
  • Transaction Retry: Enabled users to retry purchases without affecting their spending cap.
  • Smart Contract Optimization: Improved the smart contract to ensure faster and smoother transactions.
  • Tech Stack: Solidity was selected for smart contract development, as it allowed us to directly modify and optimize the transaction logic within TaskChain’s blockchain ecosystem.
