Bryd, a Slack consultancy by ex-Slack and Salesforce employees, optimizes workplace experiences through Slack. They needed a solution for super admin management of workspaces and channels, plus a web portal for admins to register and automate tasks. Oodles delivered a robust platform with role-based access controls, ensuring secure, efficient management and enhanced productivity.
Scope Of Work
Bryd sought a solution that would enable a super admin to access and manage information regarding all organization workspaces, channels, and users through a centralized portal. Additionally, they required a web portal for organization admins who install the Bryd Slack bot, allowing them to register, manage their users, and define custom commands to enhance productivity through automation of routine tasks. Our team provided a tailored solution by developing a robust platform with role-based access controls, ensuring that only the super admin (Bryd) had complete access while organization admins could manage their respective environments.
