The ForkLift Ticket System was developed to optimize the issue reporting and resolution process for warehouse forklifts. The client required a system where warehouse staff could log maintenance issues, track progress, and receive updates in real time. The goal was to reduce downtime, increase accountability, and create a centralized maintenance log accessible by both floor workers and supervisors.
