Project Description
Credebt is a financial services platform that specializes in digital lending and credit management solutions. The client sought DevOps support for managing their AWS and Azure servers and overseeing multiple websites. Additionally, they aimed to enhance the efficiency of their existing internal ticketing system.
Scope Of Work
The client required comprehensive DevOps support for the CREDEBT platform to improve system performance, operational efficiency, and user experience. Our team focused on optimizing the management of AWS and Azure servers and handling multiple website operations. To address the client's internal ticketing system challenges, enhancements were implemented to accelerate processes. Additionally, advanced caching mechanisms, database restructuring for search query optimization, and automation of key processes were integrated to ensure seamless functionality and overall platform efficiency.
Our Solution
The solution encompassed the following services and technologies:
- Migrated the existing platform from Laravel PHP to Node.js, significantly improving processing speed and scalability.
- Restructured the database to optimize search queries and enable seamless execution.
- Implemented DMS migration to enhance document management and accessibility.
- Integrated Redis for caching to accelerate API calls and boost system performance.
- Developed and deployed Sarabot AI, which stores emails from Outlook, integrates them into the customer’s internal ticketing system, and manages tickets and deal-making processes efficiently.
- Built a scalable and robust architecture to support future platform expansions and increased data processing needs.
