The client sought DevOps support for managing their AWS and Azure servers and overseeing multiple websites. Additionally, they aimed to enhance the efficiency of their existing internal ticketing system. 

The client required comprehensive DevOps support for the CREDEBT platform to improve system performance, operational efficiency, and user experience. Our team focused on optimizing the management of AWS and Azure servers and handling multiple website operations. Additionally, advanced caching mechanisms, database restructuring for search query optimization, and automation of key processes were integrated to ensure seamless functionality and overall platform efficiency.
