The platform is an intelligent back-office companion, boosting efficiency and ensuring better outcomes for both agencies and clients.
Scope Of Work
The client wanted a powerful AI solution to reduce the administrative burden of homecare agencies while improving client and caregiver experience. The platform needed to handle scheduling, compliance, shift changes, reminders, caregiver onboarding, and other operational tasks with minimal manual intervention. A strong focus was placed on voice command integration, calendar syncing, and task automation to create a frictionless user experience.
