The project aimed to eliminate inefficiencies in identifying high-potential properties across multiple cantons and communes. The client sought Oodles for a centralized AI system to automate data extraction, validate ownership, map zoning laws, and rank assets based on development viability. Areas of work included database design, admin dashboard, property extraction, zoning rule mapping, market valuation, AI-based ranking, and multilingual chatbot integration.

- Ownership Verification: Linked to both free and paid registries, using web scraping to validate owner details, residency status, and risk profiles based on occupation.
- Market Valuation: Real-time integration with real estate APIs to compare current valuations with projected potential land value.
