Markivia, operating under the brand CIDS.DESIGN, is a leading force in crafting luxurious interior design experiences for hospitality, commercial, and leisure spaces worldwide. The company needed a robust platform to manage clients, projects, and tasks efficiently. To support this need, Markivia collaborated with Oodles to build a tailored solution using Odoo 15. The goal was to develop a centralized CRM and Task & Client Management System (TCMS).
Scope Of Work

The client wanted to build a web-based platform with an integrated CRM and a customized task management system aligned with their design process. They required features for handling client inquiries, managing leads, assigning project milestones, and generating reports. Oodles was responsible for customizing Odoo modules, implementing business logic, and deploying the system.
