Recognizing the need to streamline candidate screening, they approached Oodles to develop an AI-powered chatbot that automates this process. The solution required creating a platform for recruiters to design interview questions. The chatbot records responses in various formats providing valuable insights to enhance hiring efficiency.
Scope Of Work
The client, seeking to enhance the efficiency of their recruitment process, reached out to Oodles for a solution to automate candidate screening. The goal was to develop an AI-powered chatbot that could streamline the initial stages of recruitment by conducting automated interviews. The project involved several key areas of work: designing a user-friendly interface for recruiters to create interview questions, building a chatbot capable of conducting interviews while recording video, audio, and text responses, and implementing sentiment analysis and cheating detection features. Additionally, a robust scoring system was developed to evaluate candidate performance based on their responses.
