They needed an intelligent assistant that could respond naturally to voice and text, helping users find detailed content efficiently. The client required a conversational AI assistant capable of understanding voice/text queries, retrieving real-time information, and engaging users naturally. The project covered chatbot design, voice integration, and backend processing. It focused on building AI-driven interactions, optimizing intent recognition, and streamlining user information access via automation.

Our Solution

To bring the client’s vision to life, Oodles implemented a smart chatbot using AWS Lex for natural language understanding and speech recognition. The chatbot was trained on multiple intents and contextual dialogue flows to guide users across different topics—starting from a general question to delivering specific details.
