The application aimed to streamline recruitment workflows, enhance user experience, and support LYWO’s mission to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their client’s hiring processes.

The client approached Oodles to develop a web and mobile application for their recruitment model. They needed a solution that could address their clients' diverse recruitment needs and improve overall hiring efficiency. Oodles provided a comprehensive platform designed for four key personas: Candidates, Recruiters, Evaluators, and Product Admins. The project involved creating user-friendly interfaces, integrating workflow automation, and ensuring seamless communication between different user roles. This solution successfully streamlined recruitment processes, enhanced user experience, and supported LYWO’s goal of delivering effective and efficient recruitment services to their clients.
