Y0X aimed to enhance liquidity efficiency for users operating in concentrated liquidity pools. The client required a system that could monitor real-time inputs, adjust liquidity ranges dynamically, and maintain efficient token balances. The solution needed to support both full and partial liquidity allocation strategies while optimizing swap rates through aggregation.

Scope Of Work

The client approached Oodles to design a smart and automated liquidity management system tailored for concentrated liquidity pools on the Base Network. They sought a solution that could dynamically adjust liquidity ranges in real time, optimize token allocation, and maximize the "time in range" for active liquidity. Their goal was to increase capital efficiency and deliver higher APRs (Annual Percentage Rate)compared to existing platforms.

Our Solution

To address the requirements, the solution involves:

- Dynamic Range Monitoring: A system to track and update liquidity ranges in real-time, ensuring over 99% "time in range" performance.
- Algorithm-Driven Adjustments: An automated bot applies your proprietary algorithm, optimizing liquidity allocation dynamically.
- Two Liquidity Management Approaches:
- Nearly Full Usage: Allocates almost all liquidity to the specified range and rebalances as needed.
- Partial Continuous Usage: Maintains partial liquidity in the active range while transitioning.
