Feel Path, a mental wellness platform focused on therapy and counseling services sought a streamlined digital experience for patients and therapists. With the growing demand for remote consultations, the client needed a secure, scalable solution to manage real-time video sessions, scheduling, and patient records—all within a user-friendly interface powered by modern web technologies.

The client aimed to simplify therapy session management through a centralized web application. The client needed Zoom video chat integration, user dashboards, scheduling, and secure access for patients and therapists. Areas of work included frontend development, backend integration, authentication, and real-time notifications using scalable technologies.
Our Solution

To deliver a responsive and interactive therapy management system, the team built a comprehensive web app using Next.js, known for fast rendering and user-first performance. Zoom’s secure API was integrated to support HIPAA-compliant video sessions. Key implementations include:

  • Zoom API Integration: Enabled seamless scheduling and secure access to video sessions, including dynamic meeting link generation and host/participant role mapping.
  • Role-Based Dashboards: Designed separate interfaces for therapists and patients to manage sessions, view history, and access communication tools.
