Easyfix is a service platform that connects customers with skilled professionals like plumbers and carpenters for various repair and maintenance needs. Easyfix approached Oodles to enhance their CRM capabilities for better service tracking and resource management. Oodles implemented features for real-time service tracking, job management, equipment availability, and payment tracking, improving operational efficiency and transparency.
Scope Of Work
The client approached us to address inefficiencies in managing service requests and tracking job progress. Their existing system lacked streamlined workflows, causing delays and manual errors. Our goal was to implement an efficient CRM system to solve these issues. The areas of work included enabling real-time service tracking, managing multiple jobs at the same location, overseeing service materials, tracking Easyfixer equipment availability, and ensuring smooth payment processing. By addressing these challenges, we enhanced their operational efficiency, improved resource management, and optimized service delivery.
Our Solution
Our solution aims to optimize the booking and management process, improve user accessibility and security, and provide an enhanced overall experience for both clients and Easyfixers. We made significant modifications to the existing module and developed new functionalities to meet the project's requirements. The following features were implemented:
- Modified the booking job creation process to streamline and enhance efficiency.
- Implemented a single-screen login process for a seamless user experience.
- Implemented pagination, sorting, and searching functionalities for managing jobs and Easyfixers.
- Implemented action button-based permissions to ensure proper access control and security.
- Utilized technologies such as HTML, Java, jQuery, MySQL, and Spring to develop and integrate these features into the system.
