Project Description
A U.S.-based e-commerce client sought to enhance their Shopify store’s customer experience by integrating a custom-built chatbot. The client wanted a solution that could replace a generic iframe chatbot with a personalized, dynamic interface to improve customer interactions. Oodles was tasked with implementing a Dialogflow-based chatbot, ensuring seamless integration with Shopify and a responsive, user-friendly design.
Scope Of Work
The client sought Oodles who faced challenges with their existing iframe chatbot, which lacked customization and failed to engage customers effectively. The objective was to build a unique, API-driven chatbot that could handle dynamic customer queries. Oodles provided an automated solution through Dialogflow, integrated it into Shopify, and created a tailored user interface to improve interaction and streamline support workflows.
Our Solution
To meet the client’s needs, Oodles developed a custom chatbot solution that seamlessly integrated Dialogflow’s REST API with the Shopify platform. The implementation focused on user experience, ensuring the chatbot was responsive, easy to navigate, and capable of handling real-time queries. The solution involved:
