The business required seamless synchronization between Flex Rental Solutions and its Squarespace website to display live inventory, enable multi-item selection, and automate quote requests. Oodles delivered a connected system that unified inventory data with a user-friendly web interface.
Scope Of Work

The client sought Oodles for integrating Flex Rental Solutions with a Squarespace website to eliminate manual inventory updates and improve online rental inquiries. Areas of work included API-based inventory synchronization, dynamic item display, multi-item selection functionality, structured quote request workflows, and seamless frontend-backend connectivity. The objective was to automate rental data flow and enhance customer interaction.
Our Solution

To bridge the gap between backend rental management and frontend customer interaction, Oodles implemented a structured API integration between Flex Rental Solutions and the Squarespace platform. 

Key implementations included:

  • Live Inventory Sync: Developed API-driven synchronization to fetch available rental items directly from Flex Rental Solutions. 
  • Dynamic Product Display Interface: Structured customizable item cards within Squarespace to display equipment details, availability status, and pricing insights. 
  • Multi-Item Selection & Quote Request Flow: Built a streamlined selection process allowing customers to add multiple rental items. 
  • Automated Inquiry Routing: Integrated structured form submissions to ensure quote requests sync efficiently with internal workflows. 
  • Secure Data Handling & Testing: Conducted end-to-end testing to validate API stability, data accuracy, and user interaction flow.
