Rotana, a leading MENA media network, aimed to expand its reach by launching Apple TV, Samsung TV, and LG TV apps. These apps provided instant access to Rotana’s legitimate live channels without requiring login or registration, offering a seamless, user-friendly streaming experience across major Smart TV platforms.
Scope Of Work
The client required the development of three individual TV applications (Apple TV, Samsung TV, and LG TV) with a unified purpose: stream a list of live, legitimate TV channels without user registration or subscriptions. The main objective was to ensure smooth playback, fast loading times, and compatibility with respective TV ecosystems using platform-specific best practices.
Our Solution
Oodles delivered robust Smart TV applications by:
- Developed separate applications for Apple TV (tvOS), Samsung TV (Tizen), and LG TV (webOS)
