Project Description
A US-based enterprise building web-based intelligence tools approached Oodles to streamline the local setup of their .NET-powered reporting module. With growing internal dependencies on structured data views, the client needed a consistent and replicable environment for running and testing reports across teams. A setup guide was created to ensure seamless deployment using Visual Studio and IIS Express.
Scope Of Work
The project aimed to simplify the local execution of HighGround’s report generation tool by standardizing the environment across developer systems. The client required a clear configuration process, support for multiple frameworks, and compatibility with Visual Studio. The scope covered environment setup, framework installation, integration of supporting packages, and guidance on executing the project with ease.
Our Solution
To ensure a robust and reliable development experience, the entire setup was structured around Visual Studio 2019 Community Edition. The project’s .sln file was preconfigured to work within this environment, eliminating guesswork during local deployment.
