The project is about building an API bridge to enable seamless data exchange between Quickbase and ServiceNow. The client required real-time synchronization of records, automated workflows, and secure handling of data between both platforms. The integration aimed to eliminate manual data entry and improve operational efficiency.

The client needed an API-based middleware that could pull, push, and update records between Quickbase and ServiceNow in real time. They required robust authentication, error handling, and logging, along with the ability to handle high transaction volumes without service disruptions.

To meet these requirements, we:

• Developed a middleware API bridge for secure, bi-directional data sync.
• Integrated OAuth 2.0 authentication for secure API access.
• Implemented webhook triggers to automate record creation and updates.
• Built logging and error-handling mechanisms for process reliability.
• Ensured scalability to handle large datasets and high API request rates.
