Unified Parcel Tracking is a logistics solution designed to streamline shipment tracking across multiple global carriers like DHL, UPS, and USPS. The platform consolidates tracking codes into a single interface, integrates AI for real-time support, and automates communication through WhatsApp and voice channels. 
Scope Of Work

The client approached Oodles to build a unified tracking platform that could handle diverse logistics operations. The goals included integrating global carrier APIs, developing a smart tracking bot with voice and chat capabilities, providing automated shipping quotes with VAT/tax support, and creating an alert system for passive customers. Additionally, the system required full-stack development, containerization, deployment on cloud infrastructure, and seamless WhatsApp integration.

    Built a microservice-based Python backend with Django, REST Framework, and secure bearer token authentication.
