The client sought Oodles to address challenges in generating custom reports and managing structured data migration within IFS ERP. The scope included ERP support, SQL-based report creation, migration job setup, data validation workflows, and system optimization. It covered configuration of quick reports, database query execution, CSV-based data import, and performance enhancement.
