A Europe-based entrepreneur building a digital invoicing platform needed an MVP to automate invoice data extraction and management. The client aimed to simplify manual invoice handling by introducing AI-powered OCR that enables users to edit and export key-value data seamlessly. The system required real-time interaction, visual linking, and support for dynamic data formats.

Scope Of Work

With the help of Oodles, the client required editable key-value pairing, invoice linking, and a scalable interface built on modern front-end technologies. The objective was to build an MVP that extracts invoice content using OCR, allows rectification in list and table formats, and enables CSV downloads.

To fulfill the client’s requirements, a modular, AI-powered OCR platform was built to automate invoice parsing and data export processes. The solution includes intuitive front-end views, AI integrations, and seamless back-end data handling tailored for real-time usage.
