A blockchain-based tokenization platform approached Oodles to recover essential content management tools in its WordPress site after a recent update. The client aimed to restore backend capabilities for downloadable files, FAQs, and team profiles to streamline website administration.
Scope Of Work
The project addressed the loss of custom tools from the WordPress editor following a site migration. The client sought Oodles for a solution to restore file upload features on the Download page, re-enable FAQ creation tools, and fix image display issues on the Team page. The objective was to simplify content management for non-technical users and restore visual consistency.
Our Solution
To fulfill the client’s requirements, Oodles performed a full audit of the WordPress configuration and identified plugin-level conflicts that led to the loss of content tools.

- Download Page Tool Restoration: Reintroduced the file upload functionality directly into the WordPress page editor to support downloadable content management.
