The project is about building Ubiqer, a SaaS-based business management system for Ubiqer Inc (Francis). The platform streamlines HR, payroll, accounting, scheduling, tax management, and employee operations under a unified system. It enables organizations to manage employee onboarding, time tracking, payroll automation, benefits, compliance, and financial processes with efficiency and accuracy.
Scope Of Work

The client needed a comprehensive SaaS solution that integrates HR, payroll, scheduling, accounting, and compliance services into a single system. The platform required secure role-based access for admins, supervisors, and employees, with functionalities such as employee onboarding, time sheet management with geo-fencing, PTO/leave tracking, payroll with state and federal tax deductions, and basic accounting modules for invoicing, billing, and reconciliation. The solution also needed a dashboard for all users, reminders, messaging, and support for check printing and benefits management.

We delivered a feature-rich SaaS platform for Ubiqer Inc that combined HR, payroll, and accounting into one centralized system.

  • Developed multi-level system security architecture with super admin, client admin, supervisors, and employee roles
  • Built employee onboarding workflows including personal info, schedules, training, documents, and benefits setup
  • Integrated employee scheduling and time sheets with geo-fencing for accurate attendance tracking
  • Enabled leave management with PTO, leave requests, time off, and approvals
  • Designed an incident reporting and messaging system for internal communication
  • Implemented payroll automation with tax calculation, check printing, PTO conversion, and salary advance deductions
  • Added basic accounting features including AR/AP, invoicing, expenses, reconciliation, and loan management
  • Created reminders, shared calendars, and task checklists to improve organizational efficiency
  • Designed a central dashboard with quick access to invoices, payroll, taxes, and employee metrics
