The platform streamlines HR, payroll, accounting, scheduling, tax management, and employee operations under a unified system. It enables organizations to manage employee onboarding, time tracking, payroll automation, benefits, compliance, and financial processes with efficiency and accuracy.
The client needed a comprehensive SaaS solution that integrates HR, payroll, scheduling, accounting, and compliance services into a single system. The platform required secure role-based access for admins, supervisors, and employees, with functionalities such as employee onboarding, time sheet management with geo-fencing, PTO/leave tracking, payroll with state and federal tax deductions, and basic accounting modules for invoicing, billing, and reconciliation. The solution also needed a dashboard for all users, reminders, messaging, and support for check printing and benefits management.
