The NASCI project focused on building a comprehensive legal practice management platform tailored for business and investment law firms, especially in Africa and emerging markets. The solution was designed to bridge the gap between law firms and clients by enabling intelligent contract lifecycle management, AI-assisted document processing, secure collaboration, and mobile-first access. With its scalable SaaS architecture, the platform empowers legal professionals to streamline workflows.
Scope Of Work

The client required a secure and scalable SaaS-based platform that could manage the end-to-end lifecycle of legal operations. This included advanced user management with role-based access control and MFA, client portals for secure document sharing and e-signatures, and AI-powered contract management with version control and smart templates. The platform also needed to support contract lifecycle automation with milestone tracking, renewal reminders, and risk alerts, along with real-time collaboration tools for both internal teams and external clients. Additionally, the system required a centralized knowledge repository, financial and time tracking modules, comprehensive analytics dashboards, native mobile apps with offline capabilities, and options for white-label customization and jurisdiction-based configurations.
