NOVAEO is an eCommerce company focused on revolutionizing the health and wellness industry through products ranging from dietary supplements to natural skincare. They approached Oodles to develop a system that would streamline the entire supply chain process—from sourcing raw materials to delivering products to consumers. By optimizing their supply chain, the project aimed to enhance NOVAEO's operational efficiency.

The client sought to optimize its complex supply chain across eight distinct brands. Oodles role was to design and implement a robust system to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. By focusing on inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics, we successfully improved efficiency and product flow throughout the supply chain.
