Muza Chain is a custom blockchain network built using Polygon Supernet technology. The project focuses on creating a permissioned blockchain with multiple validator nodes and smart contracts for staking and rewards. It is designed to deliver high throughput, low latency, and immediate block finality through a controlled and scalable network setup.
The scope of work for this project involves setting up and configuring a Polygon Edge-based child chain connected to the Polygon Mumbai test network. The task includes generating the genesis file, configuring bridge contracts (State Sender, Checkpoint Manager, Exit Helper, and ERC20 Predicate addresses), and deploying the node on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) environment. The scope also covers troubleshooting errors related to bridge initialization, reward wallet configuration, and predicate setup to ensure seamless chain deployment.
Our solution was to build and deploy the MUZA Chain using Polygon Edge, implementing a fully functional child chain that interacts with the Polygon Mumbai network. We configured and deployed the node using Docker, ensuring a clean, reproducible setup environment. The solution included: Creating and validating the genesis.json file with bridge and predicate configurations. Setting up the validator node and reward wallet. Resolving deployment issues through Docker-based isolation. Preparing the network for future bridge integration and on-chain communication with Polygon Mumbai.
