LogMeOnce is a leading cybersecurity firm that delivers secure identity and password management solutions. To expand into the European market, the client sought to migrate its AWS infrastructure to a new region while meeting data protection laws. The project aimed to ensure seamless operations, security compliance, and infrastructure parity across locations.

The client needed a reliable solution to replicate and deploy their AWS infrastructure within the EU. The project involved cloud migration, CI/CD pipeline setup, system hardening, and regulatory compliance. Core areas of focus included automation, infrastructure provisioning, and service reconfiguration while maintaining high availability.

To address the client’s needs, the engineering team executed a region-specific migration strategy rooted in automation and compliance readiness. The first step was auditing the existing AWS setup, identifying critical services, and ensuring compatibility with EU infrastructure standards.

Infrastructure was provisioned using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation, enabling smooth replication of the environment. Key services like EC2, RDS, IAM, and S3 were reconfigured to meet GDPR and regional requirements. CI/CD pipelines were redesigned using Jenkins and AWS CodePipeline for consistent code delivery across both regions.

Security remained a top priority. The infrastructure was hardened using IAM policies, security groups, and automated backups. CloudWatch was integrated for real-time monitoring, while disaster recovery setups ensured high availability and minimal downtime.
