NetZilo is a high-performance VPN tunneling solution built on WireGuard to enable secure, low-latency communication between distributed systems. Oodles supported the client by reinforcing the platform’s cloud observability layer, ensuring reliable monitoring and operational stability across its Azure Kubernetes–based deployment.
Scope Of Work

The client engaged Oodles to provide DevOps support focused on monitoring and operational visibility. The scope covered centralized application logging, metrics monitoring, alert configuration, and resource optimization for containerized services running on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). The objective was to enable proactive issue detection and maintain platform reliability at scale.
Our Solution

Oodles implemented a centralized observability setup aligned with NetZilo’s AKS-based microservices architecture. The solution included:

 

  • Metrics Monitoring: Configured Prometheus to collect service and cluster-level metrics for performance visibility.
  • Centralized Logging: Implemented Loki to aggregate and analyze application error logs across services.
  • Operational Dashboards: Built Grafana dashboards for real-time system health, error tracking, and usage trends.
  • Alerting Framework: Set up Grafana-based alerts integrated with Slack and email for timely incident notifications.

  • Resource Optimization: Tuned log retention and monitoring configurations to balance visibility with infrastructure efficiency.

     

This enabled faster troubleshooting, improved system awareness, and more reliable day-to-day operations.
