The Mobitrak App was conceptualized as a mobile-first Proof of Concept (POC) for conducting daily user surveys. Designed using Flutter, the app aimed to streamline user participation in surveys and empower admins to manage survey workflows via a basic backend panel. The POC was developed to validate the concept's technical feasibility before scaling to a production-grade product.
Scope Of Work
The client needed a lightweight, cross-platform mobile app and admin panel to demonstrate key survey features, including image-based responses, daily activity tracking, and basic user authentication. The solution also required backend support for survey creation and user management, along with server deployment and DevOps setup. As part of the engagement, Oodles committed to delivering a functional prototype with key modules built using Flutter, Laravel/PHP, and essential DevOps tooling.
Our Solution
We delivered a working POC app with essential survey functionalities and a supporting admin panel.
- Developed the user-facing mobile app using Flutter for both Android and iOS
- Enabled survey creation and management in the admin panel with hardcoded login authentication
- Integrated survey features like multi-option selections, image uploads, and daily notification alerts
- Built backend services using PHP (Laravel/WordPress) for efficient data handling
- Implemented Nginx server configuration and performed deployment tasks
- Used SonarQube for automated code testing and GitHub for version control
