The Electronic Post Office project was designed to reinvent traditional communication systems through a mobile-native platform enriched with immersive experiences. By merging core postal functionalities with interactive media and gamification, the client aimed to deliver a next-gen application that would engage users beyond basic messaging. The client needed a mobile-first solution that could deliver both utility and engagement in a single platform.
