MOOLA, a SaaS-based operations management platform, simplifies complex workflows for scaling startups and enterprise teams. To boost internal efficiency, the client approached Oodles for AI-driven automation to handle repetitive support tasks and tool-based operations. The solution involved deploying intelligent agents through n8n to improve ticket routing and integrate with existing productivity tools.

Scope Of Work

The client sought Oodles for building a conversational AI system powered by multiple role-specific agents. Each agent will be responsible for handling a particular function—such as scheduling, file management, CRM updates, or data processing—allowing users to complete tasks simply by interacting through chat. The system will intelligently route user instructions to the appropriate agent, support collaboration between agents for multi-step workflows, and integrate with third-party tools via APIs. It will also include secure user authentication, access controls, activity logging, and monitoring.
