Scope Of Work
The client sought Oodles to automate repetitive enterprise workflows and reduce IT support dependency. Key areas of work included document processing, employee onboarding, password resets, customer interaction summaries, access provisioning, IT support triage, policy Q&A, and ticket auto-resolution for efficient and scalable operations.
