AalmostHuman.ai, an enterprise-grade conversational intelligence platform, aimed to deliver multilingual AI voice and chat agents with real-time translation, analytics, and workflow automation. The requirement focused on building a scalable, secure system with multi-agent reasoning, backend integrations, and compliance-ready architecture for enterprise use.

Scope Of Work

The project focused on developing real-time AI agents with low-latency voice and chat capabilities, multilingual support, and contextual memory. Key areas included CRM/ERP/ITSM integrations, multi-agent orchestration, ticketing workflows, analytics dashboards, document parsing, and omnichannel communication. The goal was to enable seamless automation with enterprise-grade security and compliance.

Our Solution

A scalable, multi-agent AI platform was designed to enable intelligent, real-time conversational experiences across enterprise workflows. 

Key Implementations:

  • Multi-Agent Architecture: Developed a coordinated system of Dialogue, Workflow, Knowledge, Compliance, Translation, and Insight agents for advanced reasoning and task execution.
  • Real-Time Voice & Chat Intelligence: Enabled low-latency (<300ms) interactions with real-time speech processing, multilingual support, and live translation capabilities.
  • Contextual Memory & RAG Integration: Integrated knowledge base retrieval with contextual memory. 
  • CRM & ITSM Integrations: Connected with platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, and ServiceNow for seamless ticket creation, updates, and workflow automation.
  • Omnichannel Communication: Supported multiple channels including phone, WhatsApp, SMS, and email for consistent user engagement.
