A scalable AI automation solution designed for local service businesses, starting with moving companies, to streamline customer interactions across channels. The client required a unified AI agent capable of handling lead qualification, quoting, booking, and follow-ups through SMS, voice, and web chat using a centralized intelligence system.

Scope Of Work

The client sought Oodles for building a multi-channel AI agent integrating SMS (Twilio), voice (Vapi), and website chat via webhooks, orchestrated through Make.com. It included message routing, FAQ handling, lead capture, quoting, booking sync, CRM integration, follow-ups, missed-call handling, rescheduling, human handoff, logging, retries, analytics, and multi-client configuration.
