Oodles partnered with Innovosol aiming to modernize its NLP-powered chatbot framework through a complete rebranding and system upgrade. The client sought to transform their legacy RASA stack into a scalable, maintainable platform called Convo.ai—enhancing brand coherence and system usability. The engagement focused on platform rebranding, UI redesign, and codebase integration for a seamless rollout.
Scope Of Work

The client sought Oodles for the chatbot platform from RASA to Convo.ai, involving code refactoring, UI redesign, and system integration. Areas of work included renaming 500+ source files, refactoring packages, testing and merging core components with a redesigned UI, and creating comprehensive technical documentation to support future scalability and team onboarding.
Our Solution

To achieve the transformation, the team executed a structured rebranding of both backend and frontend systems. This included a file-level overhaul of 542+ scripts, renaming modules and commands, and re-testing for stability. The frontend rebranding covered visual theme changes and UI enhancement to align with the Convo.ai identity. A parallel documentation effort captured technical and user flows for both core logic and UI using iRobo-style templates.
