The GEC-NIT Alumni Association is a dynamic and thriving community of graduates from the prestigious institution, committed to building meaningful connections, supporting professional development, and promoting lifelong learning. In order to further strengthen alumni engagement and establish a prominent online presence, the association has undertaken the development of a dynamic and user-friendly website. Through this project, the GEC-NIT Alumni Association aims to create an engaging digital platform that brings together alumni from various backgrounds and generations, facilitating collaboration, knowledge sharing, and personal growth.
Scope Of Work

The scope of our work for the GEC-NIT Alumni Association project was to develop a comprehensive CMS that fulfills the primary goal of creating a central hub for alumni to connect, network, and access valuable resources. Our focus was on creating a visually appealing and modern website that reflects the association's identity and values. The website incorporates interactive features and user-friendly navigation to enhance the user experience. By delivering a dynamic and engaging online platform, we aim to strengthen alumni relationships, provide valuable resources, and foster a sense of belonging within the larger community of GEC-NIT alumni.
Our Solution

Our solution for the GEC-NIT Alumni Association project includes the following services and technologies:

  • Designed a visually appealing and modern website using CSS and HTML. The design will reflect the association's identity and values, creating a positive user experience.
  • Incorporated interactive features into the website to enhance user engagement. 
  • Implemented intuitive navigation menus and clear information architecture. This will make it easy for alumni to navigate the website and find the resources they need.
  • Integrated essential functionalities such as alumni directories, event calendars, news updates, and online resource libraries. 
  • Utilized tools like Figma for wireframing and prototyping. These tools will allow for seamless communication between our team and the client, ensuring the website meets their specific requirements.
