Project Description
The FMS Redemption Management system was developed to streamline procurement and redemption processes through a dynamic web interface. The platform enables administrators to manage acquisitions, purchase orders, and dispatches across multiple regional stores such as LATAM Chile, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and Colmena Chile. With real-time data display and workflow-based interaction, the system improves procurement efficiency through intuitive navigation and feature-rich menus.
Scope Of Work
The client needed a user-friendly frontend interface built on Magento PHP and PostgreSQL, with dedicated modules for "Adquisiciones" and "Administración Canjes." These modules had to support real-time data integration, filtering, exporting (CSV, Excel, Print), and interaction buttons like Asignar OC and Bodega 30. The solution also required checkbox-enabled workflows and full deployment on a staging environment for ongoing review.
Our Solution
To fulfill the project requirements, we delivered the following:
- Set up and deployed the project on the staging environment with all required modules
- Developed menus such as Adquisiciones and Administración Canjes with linked pages and navigation
- Integrated dynamic tables that fetch and display real-time data from the backend
- Enabled advanced filters, column-wise search, and search box functionality
- Implemented CSV, Excel, and Print export buttons across both modules
- Added actionable buttons like Asignación para compra, Asignación para despacho, Asignar OC, and Bodega 30
- Integrated checkbox selection in tables with persistent interaction logic
