Studency, a forward-thinking EdTech organization specializing in recruitment automation for training centers and schools partnered with Oodles to create a web-based application that streamlines student lead generation. They required a unified system capable of extracting candidate data from job platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, HelloWork, and Google, reducing manual effort and accelerating admissions processes.
The client sought Oodles for a centralized solution to automate the collection, processing, and management of student leads from multiple online platforms. The project focused on building a web application that supports platform integration, real-time data capture, role-based access, and lead pipeline visibility to improve recruiter efficiency and response time.
To address the client’s challenges, Oodles developed a full-stack web application named Scrappy, designed to automate student lead generation from major job and listing platforms.
