The client required a secure, scalable architecture for an advanced AI sales platform supporting training, live assistance, analytics, and automation. Oodles defined a cloud-native, multi-tenant system architecture, designed modular service boundaries, and mapped AI-driven features across training, call analysis, automation, and reporting. The scope included frontend structure, backend services, AI model orchestration, data storage strategy, and CRM integration workflows.
