Project Description

A U.S.-based SaaS startup specializing in scalable web platforms approached Oodles to develop a cloud-native application with dynamic user interfaces, real-time features, and secure backend services. The client sought an end-to-end technology stack to deliver a responsive, high-performance web experience across users and teams.
Scope Of Work

The client sought Oodles for a system to automatically retrieve RingCentral call logs, structure them in a MySQL database, and visualize the data in a searchable interface. Areas of work included API integration, data mapping, cron job scheduling, and frontend development to support search, sorting, and improved data accessibility.
Our Solution

To meet the client’s needs, a custom solution was built using PHP, the RingCentral SDK, and a MySQL backend.

  • Automated API Integration: Secure data fetch from RingCentral at scheduled intervals.
  • MySQL Database Architecture: Structured storage of incoming data dumps with optimized queries.
  • Frontend Enhancement: HTML/JS-based UI enriched with DataTables and Bootstrap for search, sort, and responsive layouts.
  • Configurable Environment: Seamless setup using Composer and environment-based configuration for smooth deployment.
  • Local Development & Deployment: Runs on Apache2 via localhost:5000 with simple CLI commands and documentation support.
