The client approached Oodles to conceptualize and develop the Achieve App, a scalable organizational management platform designed to support role-based onboarding, hierarchical team structures, and goal and performance tracking. The objective was to create a single web-based solution that enables organizations to manage departments, teams, tasks, and responsibilities in a structured and coordinated manner, regardless of company size or domain.
The scope of work included designing and building a web-based organizational management platform with role-based access and permissions. The client required functionality for company registration, department and sub-department creation, team management, task assignment, and hierarchical visibility across roles. Oodles was responsible for implementing secure authentication, role-based access control, data management, and performance tracking capabilities. The scope also covered frontend and backend development, database integration, caching for hierarchy rendering, and deployment on cloud infrastructure.
