Scope Of Work

The client sought Oodles for a secure, multi-property digital check-in system to streamline guest onboarding and access control. The project covered infrastructure setup and migration, reservation validation, token-based property mapping, kiosk and online check-in development, integrations with Cloudbeds and TTLock, compliance with TM30 and PDPA, consent logging, etc.

The solution delivered a scalable, serverless architecture designed to streamline digital check-ins across multiple properties while ensuring compliance and security.  Key features implemented include:

  • Multi-Property Check-in System: Enabled centralized management with token-based property resolution for accurate reservation mapping.
  • Identity Verification & Document Processing: Integrated AWS Textract and Rekognition for secure ID extraction, validation, and fraud detection.
  • Reservation & Access Automation: Connected with Cloudbeds and TTLock APIs to validate bookings and generate secure door access in real time.
  • Kiosk & Online Modes: Developed flexible check-in interfaces for both self-service kiosks and remote guest onboarding.
  • Compliance & Data Security: Ensured PDPA compliance with consent logging, TM30 reporting, and secure session handling.
