Project Description

PM247, a facilities management provider with a growing customer base, sought a reliable DevOps framework to enhance system scalability, security, and uptime. The client needed streamlined deployment, proactive monitoring, and stronger infrastructure management to support their service operations. 

Scope Of Work

The client sought Oodles for a centralized approach to balance workloads, automate database recovery, strengthen security, and ensure uninterrupted service delivery. The engagement covered key areas such as cloud load balancing, database resilience, monitoring dashboards, firewall configuration, and CI/CD automation.

Our Solution

To address PM247’s requirements, a comprehensive DevOps environment was built using AWS and Azure services, complemented by custom automation scripts in Python.

Key Implementations:

  • Load Balancing & Autoscaling: AWS Application Load Balancer and Azure Load Balancer were configured to handle dynamic workloads and maintain service availability.
  • Database Resilience & Backup: AWS RDS and Azure SQL were deployed with automated backups, point-in-time restore, and high availability features.
  • Monitoring & Logging: ELK Stack, AWS CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor ensured real-time logging, analytics, and proactive alerting.
  • Security & Firewall Protection: AWS Shield, Azure DDoS Protection, and Cloudflare Web Application Firewall safeguarded the infrastructure from cyber threats.
