Veuu aimed to introduce a powerful analytical dashboard that visualizes customer data related to health insurance. Designed for a technical audience, the dashboard serves as both an introductory and long-term reference for how the system should be structured, developed, and deployed. The platform transforms raw data into meaningful insights to assist hospitals in financial decision-making and credit operations.
Scope Of Work
The client required a robust web-based analytics system capable of processing large volumes of healthcare data and extracting actionable insights. The platform had to offer clear visual representations of key metrics like patient demographics, diagnoses, procedures, billing, adjudication, and payment ratios. In addition, it was essential to structure the system to support virtual credit card issuance for hospitals, replacing traditional payment processes.
Our Solution
To address the client’s goals, we delivered the following:
- Developed an advanced analytical dashboard that visualizes complex insurance and patient data through interactive charts and graphs.
- Enabled hospitals to upload patient data, including age, gender, diagnoses, billing details, and procedure information.
- Engineered backend logic to calculate payment ratios and provide financial insights for credit evaluations.
- Integrated the IBA (Intelligent Billing Assistant) system to assess uploaded data and determine eligibility for virtual credit card issuance.
- Automated the transition of financial responsibility from insurance providers to IBA post-credit card generation.
