Project Description
Black Achievers is dedicated to connecting African American professionals in the greater Cincinnati area, fostering a community of mutual support and empowerment. They believe in the power of collective effort to achieve greater success and make positive changes. By becoming a member of Black Achievers, professionals gain access to a network of like-minded individuals who share their vision and determination. The group aims to empower its members and their communities, encouraging collaboration and success both locally and globally. Through Black Achievers, members can connect, grow, and make impactful contributions to their communities and beyond.
Scope Of Work
Black Achievers required a robust web-based system to centralize and manage contact data for their non-profit organization, which initially consisted of about 2 million records. We offered a comprehensive solution by developing a scalable system on GCP or AWS. Our team ensured seamless data integration, secure storage, and efficient management of the extensive contact database. This collaboration enabled Black Achievers to better connect with their members, streamline their operations, and foster greater community engagement and empowerment.
Our Solution
Our solution for this project encompassed the following services and technologies:
- Designed intuitive UI/UX with Figma.
- Created a scalable database structure using Lucid.
- Automated data ingestion with ETL processes.
- Built a secure web application with Node.js, Angular, and PostgreSQL.
- Synchronized data with Mailerlite, Odoo, and SMTP2Go.
- Set up DevOps on GCP or AWS and ensured quality assurance with Jira.
- Provided version control with GitHub, comprehensive documentation, training, and post-launch support.
