MyHelpa set out to modernize home care management through a unified SaaS platform designed for B2B home care agencies. Oodles partnered with MyHelpa to engineer a scalable digital ecosystem that streamlines workforce management, scheduling, payments, and client operations.
Scope Of Work
MyHelpa engaged Oodles to design and develop a comprehensive digital platform addressing operational inefficiencies and high staff churn in home care services. The objective was to create an integrated SaaS solution enabling agencies to efficiently manage caregivers, clients, scheduling, and financial workflows while improving workforce engagement and service delivery.
