Scope Of Work
The Mentel Platform is a comprehensive digital mental health system consisting of a React-based Provider Portal, Patient Portal, and Admin Portal supported by an ERPNext backend. It integrates clinical workflows, onboarding, scheduling, messaging, billing, payroll, credentialing, and analytics into a unified ecosystem. The project aims to deliver a scalable, HIPAA-compliant infrastructure that automates operational processes while improving patient and provider experience. Core modules are developed iteratively with API-driven architecture and third-party integrations (SimplePractice, Headway, Stripe, Wingspan).
